At Soft & Sleepy, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably. This page outlines our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and related conditions for a transparent and smooth customer experience.


1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

We aim to process all orders within 0–1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed before 6:00 PM PST (GMT-08:00) are typically processed the same business day.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and – if available – a tracking number.

Total estimated delivery time:

Processing time (0–1 business day) + Shipping time (2–3 business days) = 2–4 business days total


2. Shipping Timeframes

Our estimated delivery times for orders are as follows:

Standard Shipping:
2–3 business days (Monday through Saturday)
Note: The estimated delivery time excludes processing time and depends on carrier performance.

All orders are carefully packed and inspected before shipping.


3. Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders – worldwide.
No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.


6. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before finalizing your order.

Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for a refund.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we can reship it at the customer’s expense.

Soft & Sleepy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments after they have been handed over to the carrier. In such cases, please contact the shipping provider directly.
