At Soft & Sleepy, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Not happy with your order? You may return it within 90 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the conditions below are met.

Conditions for Returns

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in the original packaging, with all tags still attached.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or if you received the wrong item.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if your item meets the return conditions stated above and is received within 90 days of delivery.

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation email. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us within 90 days of receiving your order at info@softandsleepy.com.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at info@softandsleepy.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. We will respond with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Package the item securely and send it back to us.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.
    You will receive your refund within 5 business days after we’ve processed your return.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be in processing.
