Orders are typically processed within 0–1 business day. Standard shipping usually takes 2–3 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 2–4 business days.

We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide. No additional shipping fees are charged at checkout.

First, check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier's system. If your parcel still appears delayed after that, email us at info@softandsleepy.com.

To follow your order, you'll need your tracking number. Once you have it, you can use our tracking page to view the latest shipping updates.

Track your order

Email us at info@softandsleepy.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with the return instructions and return address. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in the original packaging with tags attached.

You may return your order within 90 days of delivery, provided it meets the return conditions in our refund policy.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Allow a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation because your order may already be in processing. For changes, contact us as soon as possible at info@softandsleepy.com.

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, email us with the name and address used at checkout and we'll resend it.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also enter your tracking number on our tracking page at any time.

Each product page includes a full size guide with measurements. For our relaxed loungewear silhouette, we generally recommend sizing up if you're between sizes.

Our pieces are designed with a soft, relaxed fit in mind, so most styles have a comfortable ease built in. Refer to the measurements on each product page for the most accurate guidance.
